Maizz Visual in collaboration with REM has developed the Punto Cine Durango immersive theater as an experience that connects Durango's cinematic past with the expressive possibilities of the present.

In a space 10 meters long by 4 meters wide, the audience is immersed in immersive projections, spatial sound, scenic light and carefully designed audiovisual narrative.

The main content of this room reveals Durango's deep relationship with the history of cinema: its landscapes as settings for legendary westerns, its streets as natural sets, and its people as a living part of that filmic memory. It is not a traditional tour, but a sensory experience that relives that legacy from within, combining 2D/3D animation, video mapping and digital art.

For Maizz, this project is an opportunity to reinterpret the film heritage from an immersive approach, with contemporary language and emotional vocation. We work with an interdisciplinary team that unites technology, design and narrative to generate pieces that can be felt, heard and remembered.

For its operation, the audiovisual installation has 6 Full HD video projectors that are managed by a powerful video server.
